Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP): Employer Job Offer

If you are a skilled foreign worker with a job offer in Ontario, you may be eligible to apply for one of the following OINP streams.

 

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

The Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream provides an immigration pathway for foreign workers both within and outside Canada. They should have a job offer in a skilled occupation categorized as TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 in the National Occupational Classification (NOC). This stream allows them to apply for permanent residency in Ontario and set up their lives and careers there.

 

Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream

The Employer Job Offer: International Student stream provides international students with the chance to apply for permanent residency in Ontario. They should have a job offer in a skilled occupation categorized as TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 in the NOC. This stream offers them the opportunity to establish their lives and pursue their careers in Ontario on a long-term basis.

 

Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream

The Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream presents a pathway for foreign workers, both within and outside Canada, to apply for permanent residency in Ontario. They should have a job offer in specific in-demand occupations, such as agriculture, construction, trucking, and other designated fields. This stream welcomes foreign workers with the required skills and offers them the chance to permanently reside and work in Ontario, contributing to the province’s labor market and economy.

 

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP): Graduate

If you are a Master’s or PhD graduate in Ontario, you may be eligible to apply for one of the following OINP streams.

 

Masters Graduate Stream

The Masters’s Graduate stream offers international graduates who have completed a master’s degree in Ontario the chance to apply for permanent residency in the province. This stream enables these graduates to establish their lives and pursue career opportunities in Ontario on a long-term basis.

 

PhD Graduate Stream

The PhD Graduate stream provides international graduates who have obtained a PhD degree in Ontario with the opportunity to apply for permanent residency in the province. The Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream in Ontario is an immigration pathway within the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
